那賀郡那賀町にある新居田の滝。とくしま水紀行50選に選ばれていて、場所的には四季見谷温泉の川向にあります。

坂州木頭川の支流、新居田川にありますが、道路から歩いて1分もしないところにあります。

Niida-bridge is located near the Niida-River. It is about 50 steps from here to the waterfall.

滝の周りは公園になっていて、お昼にお弁当などを食べるにはとても良い場所になっています。

新居田の滝の落差は１５ｍほどですが、あまり瀑音も大きすぎることなく手摺のある場所から、安全に滝壺をのぞき込めるようになっていて滝の周りはよく整備されています。

また、滝上部にある岩は一枚岩らしく下の岩から突き出していて、滝の水流の落下が岩肌に当たず、一直線に線を描いて落下するのが特徴です。
